The Details
If you have no idea how to get to your destination, Google Maps or the Transit App is your friend.
MARTA trains often run underground, so GPS will be pretty useless at some points. Remember your destination station and keep track of what station the train is at or just left. Find your destination on the map in the train car to help figure out where you are on the line.
Be aware of single-track operation. The operator will announce if the line is running single-track that day; there might be signs out in front of the station as well. You may need to transfer trains mid-journey.
You can use a physical Breeze Card or the Breeze Card app on your phone. Both work on trains, buses, and the Atlanta Streetcar.
